Space is no obstacle for Tim Peake, as he will be joining the thousands of runners taking part in the Virgin Money London Marathon from the International Space Station.

Whilst athletes and joggers from every corner of the UK gather tomorrow (Sunday April 24) to tackle the route on ground, Chichester’s Tim Peake will run the full 26.2 mile distance on a treadmill.

On Earth, a team of UK Space Agency and European Space Agency (ESA) colleagues will run with him, in support of the Prince’s Trust.
