Worthing Borough Council U-turn on refuse collections changes should be a matter of urgency

Just when we all thought Worthing Borough Council was moving in the right direction, it decides to move to fortnightly refuse collections. This could see the council shooting itself in the foot with a machine gun.

As a small business owner, I fully appreciate the concept of budgeting and how you must strive to balance the books whenever possible.

But scrapping weekly refuse collections is a false economy on a grand scale.
