Brighton’s Olivia Hawkins is currently involved in a controversial love triangle which has led to some Love Island fans accusing the show’s contestants of bullying Zara Deniz Lackenby-Brown.

Viewers of the popular ITV2 show saw Tom Clare say Olivia had the ‘best face’ in the villa, while his current partner Zara had the best body, during a game of truth or dare earlier this week.

Zara, 25, was left furious as she broke down into tears, telling Lana Jenkins: “No, I just can't be a***d. All the girls picked Tom. Liv picked Tom like twice. He picked Liv's face. I'm not just some f*****g booty to you.”

The following morning, the pair agreed to cool off their romantic intentions and stay as friends. Zara admitted she thought there was 'no coming back' for the semi-pro footballer following his actions in the game.

Following last night’s episode, fans took to social media and claimed Zara was being 'gaslit' and 'bullied’ by her fellow islanders.

One fan wrote: “If I was in the UK Ofcom would have to block me because of the amount of reports I would file on these bullies.”

Another said: “No these guys are all SO cold towards Zara it’s disgusting. Why so much animosity towards her? This is BULLYING!!!”
