A festive feast as Santa Claus comes to Littlehampton

SANTA Claus is coming to town to give young boys and girls an early Christmas treat – as long as they aren’t on his naughty list, that is.

Jolly old St Nick will be parking up his sleigh and paying a visit to the Littlehampton Miniature Railway, from Saturday, December 10.

Santa will be treating visitors to his grotto with a hearty meal during his festive stop-over, at the railway, in Norfolk Gardens.

Spaces for the festive feast are limited and need to be booked in advance.

Tickets cost £12 per person, which includes a train trip from Mewsbrook Park station to Santa’s grotto, where children will get to sit down and meet Father Christmas. It also includes a free drink of non-alcoholic punch, tea or coffee for adults and juice for children,

Youngsters will each get presents, specially-picked by Santa and his little helpers, during the event.

They will then get to sit down and tuck into a two-course meal, at the putting green café, of traditional turkey and cranberry sausages with seasonal vegetables and parsley and thyme mash with a choice of either mince pie or yule log for pudding.
