Arundel woman charged with drink-driving
AN ARUNDEL woman has been charged with drink-driving and failing to stop for a police officer after an alleged pursuit through Angmering last night (April 5).
Unemployed Jessica Mansell, 27, of Surrey Street, Arundel, has been charged with the offences and was due to appear in court earlier today (April 6).
A spokeswoman for Sussex Police said: “Officers were called to a collision in Roundstone Lane, Angmering, around 6.15pm on Sunday involving a Nissan Qashqai.
“When officers arrived the vehicle left the scene and was followed until it stopped again in Weavers Hill.”
She added that no-one was injured during the incident.
