Community project secures funding boost
Community House, in Dominion Road, East Worthing, part-funded by Worthing Homes, was successful in its Big Lottery Fund application.
The funding will secure the project’s future until 2020.
Worthing Homes chief executive Jackie Bligh said: “The Big Lottery Fund awarding us further funding for the next five years recognises that the staff and volunteers at Community House are providing a great service and homely environment that meets the needs of everyone that utilises this facility.

Through various initiatives, it helps young people and the unemployed to progress into employment, assists people with healthy lifestyle activities and steers young people away from anti-social behaviour and truancy.
