On Saturday, August 13, the suspect is seen on CCTV approaching a yellow and grey Carrera road bike outside a Co-op store in Selsey High Street, before riding off on it, according to police.
Police said the owner had popped inside the shop for five minutes and when he came out the bike had gone.
