Work set to begin on new 100-home development in Chichester
The New Fields development in Oving Road, which will also include public open space and a park, will feature a range two, three and four bedroom homes.
Another planning application proposing an additional 43 homes at the site was submitted in July and is currently under consideration by the council.

Hide AdDeveloper Redow said it was also investing in the wider area, including through improvements to local transport links, in particular the A27.
It will also make a contribution toward the maintenance of Chichester Harbour, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The developer has number of other plans for the West Sussex area.
These include proposals for 200 new homes for the second phase of the Westhampnett development, North East of Graylingwell Park, as well as up to 1,500 new homes for the former Ford Airfield.
