A male was freed from a car after it crashed near Gatwick.
The fire service was called to Russ Hill in Charlwood to a crash involving one car at 11.04pm yesterday, a spokeswoman said.
She added: “They did assist one male from the vehicle. He was left in the care of the ambulance service.”
Firefighters left the scene at 12.30am this morning.
