LETTER: Never suitable for Horsham

The creator Angela Conner is wrong to think it is merely a case of commerce over Art (?).
It was never suitable for a pleasant market town like Horsham, and the people just did not like it, it’s as simple as that.

Hide AdWe have several very tasteful sculptures around the town, like the Swan Walk swans, and Mr Pirie and his donkey cart.
Let’s hope that the council see sense and commission something equally as good as those, preferably that doesn’t need a fortune to maintain it.
