Gateway to the High Street is an eyesore
The covered part of the twitten at the far end is dirty, dusty and in desperate need of remedial repairs and a lick of paint.
I do not know who owns the properties on either side and the covered roof but I suspect that Rother District Council has some responsibility for the actual pathway which is often covered with dog fouling and chewing gum.

Hide AdAs chairman of the Local Action Planning Group I would request most urgently that those persons who have an interest and/or ownership of this twitten (the walls and roof) and Rother District Council for the paved way to get in touch with me so we can work together on a plan to get this eyesore cleaned up – as soon as possible.
It will not cost very much but will make a whole lot of difference.
Frankly it lets the town down but more especially the many people who work extremely hard to keep the town looking at its best.
Let’s eradicate this blot on the landscape!
