A former pub beer garden in Bognor Regis could be turned into a nursing home extension.

Plans have been resubmitted for a two storey side extension creating 16 additional bedrooms with en-suite, a new lift and additional living space at Aronel Cottage Nursing Home in Highfield Road (resubmission of BR/135/21/PL).

A design and access statement with the plans said adjustments were made after withdrawing previous applications.
