Planned dental practice could become UK’s largest
Bruno Silva, who owns a group of dental practices across Sussex, is the new tenant for the upstairs office space in the centre, which has been vacant since 2006.
The space, which is around 7,000 square feet, will be turned into a 13-chair practice, with ‘world class’ facilities.

“It is not confirmed, but we think that it will be the largest dental practice in the UK.”
Mr Silva’s current Worthing practice is based in Liverpool Gardens, but in recent times, its growth has demanded expansion.
When a planning application to extend the practice failed, Worthing Borough Council recommended the Guildbourne Centre as an option.

“We initially made a planning application to expand the practice into South Field House, just across the road, but this fell through.”
