The damaged Peugeot 307 after the fatal incident A PEDESTRIAN has died after being hit by a car on the A24 at Ashington yesterday afternoon.
The 47-year-old man, from Henfield, died at the scene following the collision with a Peugeot 307.
The driver of the car, a man from Worthing, was unhurt but shocked.
