Commuters are queuing in both directions along Lancing seafront this morning (September 30) as temporary traffic lights cause disruption.
Slow traffic has been reported around Brooklands Park as temporary work on the gas mains takes place.
Disruption is expected to remain until Friday, October 2.
Congestion has been reported at peak times, with long queues forming along Brighton Road during yesterday's evening rush hour.
