Last year’s Wild Life festival was hailed a resounding success by many, with the good-natured crowd being singled out for special mention. And promoters have confirmed that the ‘local box office programme’ will be back for 2016, giving local residents priority when ticket sales open.

They will go on ‘pre-sale’ tomorrow morning, with priority being given to local residents booking in person at the airport’s main terminal building. The official ‘on-sale’ period begins on Thursday.

SJM Concerts event manager Steve Walton said: “It’s great news that we are returning to Shoreham again in 2016. As a thank-you for the support of local residents we will be running our box office again over the week of ‘on sale’.”
