Niall Owens, who is five years old and attends Funtington Primary School, made Christmas lanterns from recycled glass jars and tissue paper to sell to in order to raise funds for the Chichester food bank.

He raised £95 by selling the lanterns to family and friends. With these funds, he bought a whole trolley of food to donate, which was presented to the food bank before Christmas.
